Wildlife Invasion!
Sep. 20th, 2005 11:29 pmWhen I was driving home last night, I stopped to take some digital pictures of the full moon. My new 28-300mm zoom works on my digital, so I took many shots at the maximum focal length. Tonight I was going to do more of the same, only with my 400mm lens, so after I got home from my photography class, I mounted the zoom on my digital and opened the front door.
This is what I saw. (sorry for the load times if you're not on broadband)

Sorry for the bad focus. We were literally about three feet apart, and digitals don't focus well in low light. I was lowering the camera as far as I could to get them in frame. I only got four decent shots before they ran away.
I have this strange image of the three of them standing on each other's shoulders to ring the door bell then run away. The fact that we don't have a door bell is utterly besides the point.
I know
deborak will be amused.
