Obviously it works! Texas is the second largest state, population-wise, so as long as they're below #2 in the nation for teen pregnancies, they be a-winnin'!

Clearly it works, Mr. Perry, for the idea that most social conservatives want: pregnant women in approved marriages raising quivers full of the Arrows of God.
