This is a sentiment that would make our country such a better place if only our elected officials would adopt it. Pinchot was appointed by President Teddy Roosevelt as the first head of the U.S. Forest Service. Interesting guy, was quite serious about conservation and forestry.

It'd definitely show some interesting changes if everyone was required to vote!

It's all the money and the lobbying that has broken our system I think.

The RNC is self destructing, because of the split between the Tea Party and your less polarized groups. So I think they're bound to continue with the spankings.. ;)
