All of these suits are just for failure to pay for services rendered or contracts in place. In several cases, the suits have been withdrawn by the plaintiff, potentially indicating a settlement.

He apparently has the attitude that being one of the richest men in the world and having been forced into buying Twitter because he made a stupid promise and didn't do any due diligence, that he can absolutely dictate terms to all creditors, and that will supersede contracts in-place. It will not. A contract with Twitter pre-Muskbrat doesn't change just because ownership of the company changed.
