All of these suits are just for failure to pay for services rendered or contracts in place. In several cases, the suits have been withdrawn by the plaintiff, potentially indicating a settlement.

Absolutely ridiculous. It also details the evictions.

I'd love to see these companies get court approval to file liens against other Muskbrat properties, like Tesla and SpaceX factories and lands.

I feel like he's following the footsteps of some other "businessman" who is currently trying to get a political appointment so that he can pardon himself for all the crimes he's committed. And if he is, Musk should pay much closer attention to how well the strategy of "don't pay them and make them sue" is turning out for the other guy.

There's an interesting fact that a lot of rich people have poor credit scores because they don't pay bills on time.  Very strange behavior.  Normal people can't get away with it, yet they can.

If your default position is that anyone who isn't willing to put in the money and time to sue you to make sure they get paid didn't deserve to get paid, you can get away with a lot and keep both the money and the services for yourself.

And then get labeled/blackballed to be a cash-only customer at businesses in the known from that point onward.  At least if the businesses are smart.

They usually are. Which is how those rich people accumulate so many people and companies that have either written them off or are suing them. They usually don't get to pull that stunt more than once.
